Fibrostuck: Wypełniacz klejowy zbrojony włóknem, do wypełniania szczelin i pęknięć

Fibrostuck: Wypełniacz klejowy zbrojony włóknem, do wypełniania szczelin i pęknięć

Fibrostuck Adhesive filler, white in colour, for grouting and filling cracks and fissures and small imperfections on plasters and external walls, also in combination with Sanaxil Filler. Fibrostuck is specifically formulated for filling, for the regularisation and the levelling of different types of surfaces: concrete, mineral and cement plasters, wood, etc.; it is ready-to-use and must be remixed, slowly, only upon its application. The three-dimensional reinforcement of nylon fibres provides different levels of finishing and weaving; it can be recoated directly, without resorting to fixatives or insulation materials; it allows the construction of perfect bases for the subsequent application of finishing products. Reclamation of the degenerative condition (cracks and discontinuities) of external walls, prior to the finishing operations, painting, etc. The surfaces should be clean and free of any dirt, crumbling and non-adhering parts, dust, etc., conveniently saturated with water until they reach the condition "saturated with dry surface". The cracks to be grouted should be preliminarily opened, cleaned, brushed and dedusted; where necessary they should also be treated with the fixative Protech Fix AC. Work by spreading the product with a spatula or steel trowel, grouting or skimming with one or many coats, until achieving the correct filling and/or levelling. Avoid applying in conditions of rain and high humidity, which could compromise proper drying with consequent possibility of runoff that may continue for several days. Approximately 1.75 kg of Fibrostuck for each cubic decimetre of volume to be grouted (approximately 1750 kg per cubic metre). Packaging: 5 kg bucket UM: €/kg
Intonet M25: Włóknisty tynk do renowacji strukturalnych i tynkowania

Intonet M25: Włóknisty tynk do renowacji strukturalnych i tynkowania

Intonet M25 Plaster, premixed, fibre-reinforced, based on hydraulic binders with a low content of soluble salts, for reinforced plastering, bedding of bricks, plastering, repair and covering of internal and external walls and masonry, repair of concrete elements. Intonet M25 is a fibre-reinforced premix with READYMESH PM technology, made up of hydraulic binders, siliceous aggregates, special additives and microsilicas with high pozzolanic activity. These microsilicas, with very fine particle size, increase the mechanical performance of the plaster and have very positive effects on its durability, preventing the development of unwanted reactions between the hydraulic binders and the saline compounds which are usually present in the masonry (sulphates), or come from particularly aggressive exposure environments (chlorides, nitrates). The particular balance between breathability, absorption, mechanical performance, durability, resistance to chemical attacks makes the use of INTONET M25 particularly recommended for restoration and reinforcement operations of brick, stone or mixed walls. Intosana does not contain resins, solvents or radio-emissive aggregates. For thicknesses exceeding 20 mm it is advisable to improve the anti-cracking ability by inserting a suitable fiberglass plaster-holder mesh from the ARMAGLASS line. Mechanical parameters after immersion for 180 days in water saturated with: a) calcium sulphate, b) magnesium sulphate, c) sodium chloride = variations ± 3%. Plastering, repair and reinforcement of brick, stone or mixed walls, both externally and internally. Reinforced plastering combined with reinforcement mesh and connectors from the ARMAGLASS line. Mortar for bedding and unsewing operations on walls. Filling of joints, cracks and lesions on walls. Restoration and repair of reinforced concrete elements. The application surfaces must be clean, free of dirt, crumbly and inconsistent parts, dust, etc., suitably roughened and saturated with water until reaching the "saturated dry surface" condition. In walls to be plastered with the CRM technique it is always advisable to carry out a deep skiving of the joints, which will constitute the support base for a tenacious adhesion of the plaster to the masonry. Concrete surfaces must always be properly treated until a degree of roughening > 5 mm is obtained and freed from dust by pressure washing. Pour approximately 2/3 of the mixing water into the mixer and gradually add INTONET M25 and the remaining water necessary, continuing mixing until a homogeneous mixture, free of lumps, of the desired consistency is obtained. The approximately necessary mixing water is equal to 15-16% by weight (3.75-4 liters per 25 kg bag). The application can be carried out using manual methods (trowel, trowel) or mechanical spray methods. Protect fresh surfaces from direct sunlight, rain and wind, ensure prolonged humid maturing. It is advisable to apply the plaster after applying an adequate adhesion render. The render can be made with INTONET M25 with a plastic-fluid consistency or by applying the specific UNTERSANA product. Both must be applied in a "sprizzo" ("sbruffatura") and must create a rough, corrugated surface, suitable for facilitating the adhesion of the subsequent plaster, which must be applied within 2-3 days. Approximately 19 kg/m² of INTONET M25 for each centimeter of thickness to be created (approximately 1900 kg for each cubic meter). Packaging: 25 kg bag Unit of Measure: €/kg
Fluid Hydro: Wodoodporny dodatek do betonu, tynków i zapraw

Fluid Hydro: Wodoodporny dodatek do betonu, tynków i zapraw

Fluid Hydro Fluid Hydro is a special aqueous emulsion additivated with white water-repellent products consisting of active components with an alkyl-silane base. The main characteristic is the property of reducing water permeability in concretes, plasters and mortars both due to the capillarity and lashings of water. Fluid Hydro exerts a water-repellent action as the water-repellent particles disperse evenly during the mixing phase of the conglomerate. The action of Fluid Hydro is not affected over time given that the individual particles are insoluble in water and durable in aggressive environments (alkaline, sulphatic water, chlorinated water). Fluid Hydro is recommended in the production of concrete and mortar to reduce water permeability. In plasters or mortars, it is mainly used for outdoor purposes as it greatly reduces the phenomenon of efflorescence and the biological proliferation of mould and moss. Fluid Hydro is suitable for all types of concretes, plasters and mortars, used individually or in combination with other Azichem products, to be added separately. Dispersing the product in the water of the mixture before going into the mixer is recommended. Fluid Hydro is dosed at about 0.5% of the weight of the binder. In any case, it is advisable to create test mixtures to establish the ideal Fluid Hydro dosage. Fluid Hydro should be stored at temperatures above 5° C and mixed before use. Given the water-repellent characteristics conferred to the mass of the mixture, it is not recommended to use for prestressed works. From 0.1 to 1.0 kilogram of Fluid Hydro every 100 kilograms of hydraulic binder present in the mixture (cement and/or hydraulic lime); an average of 350–500 grams to achieve good water repellency. Dilute 1:10 with water for use as a surface treatment of porous supports. The dosage varies according to the porosity of the substrate. The solution must be applied in 2 - 3 "coats" to obtain the best effect. Packaging: 10 kg canister Unit of Measure: €/kg
Armaglass Structura 33 : Monolityczny, wstępnie uformowany, siatka z włókna szklanego, siatka 33x33 mm

Armaglass Structura 33 : Monolityczny, wstępnie uformowany, siatka z włókna szklanego, siatka 33x33 mm

Armaglass Structura 33 Monolithic GFRP mesh made with glass yarn bars and pultruded epoxy resin. The bars are intertwined with each other through a stitching thread, using a unique technology that allows the formation of joints between the longitudinal and transverse bars with high mechanical resistance. The epoxy resin guarantees the mesh high dimensional stability, alkali resistance and improves the mechanical characteristics. The composite has large square meshes, the size of which is ideal for use with CRM mortars. Armaglass Structura 33 combines lightness and reduced thickness with excellent mechanical characteristics in the warp and weft. It resists atmospheric agents and aggressive environments, giving durability to the composite systems in which it is used. Suitable for any support and perfectly compatible with both cement-based and lime-based mortars. Advantages: Easy installation Lightness, reduced thicknesses High mechanical performance Durability Stainless Radiolucency Zero electrical conductivity. The Armaglass Structura 33 fiberglass mesh, combined with our lime-based mortars (Intosana, Unisan) or cementitious (REPAR line) and Armaglass Connector GFRP connectors, is used for the reinforcement of masonry and concrete structures through the reinforced plaster technique (CRM system: Composite Reinforced Mortar). The mesh is a component of our RINFOR SYSTEM systems, which also include GFRP corners, gussets and connectors. The mesh can also be used as reinforcement for collaborating caps, screeds, restorations with structural mortars on reinforced concrete structures (tunnel linings, port quays, pillars, piles, etc.), especially when located in aggressive environments (marine aerosols, salts de-icers etc.). To prepare the support, carefully follow what is indicated in the technical data sheets of the mortar with which the Armaglass Structura 33 mesh is combined. For CRM reinforced plastering interventions: Cutting the net Unroll to the required length and preliminarily cut the mesh with a cutting hose with a diamond blade or tinsmith's shears. During the unrolling and handling of the rolls of net, be careful not to damage the net. Application of the CRM System Removal of existing plaster or concrete cover and all deteriorated parts. Saturate the support with low pressure water, apply if necessary (due to the conditions of the masonry, the type of mortar used or the thickness of the reinforcement) a rough coat of mortar, manually or with a plastering machine and leave the surface unfinished. Place the Armaglass Structura 33 mesh on the surface of the masonry to be reinforced. At the overlaps, overlap the mesh bands by at least 15 cm. GFRP Armaglass Connectors, with improved adhesion and 8mm diameter, are used as connection elements of the reinforcement system. Before installation, mark their arrangement on the support beforehand. Use a rotary drill to make holes with a diameter of 12 mm to house the connector (if working on one side only, the hole must be pushed deep to at least 2/3 of the thickness of the wall). Before inserting the connector into the hole, position the Armaglass Grid 33 GFRP distribution gusset which will be blocked against the mesh during the grouting phase of the connector. Carry out a thorough cleaning of the hole and grout the connector with chemical anchor (Syntech Profix or Syntech Fix EP). Proceed with spraying or throwing the mortar, in one or more hands. The mortar will entirely cover the GFRP elements with a total thickness according to the design documents. In order to guarantee the structural continuity of the reinforcement system in correspondence with all corner areas (openings, etc.), apply Armaglass Corner 33 GFRP corner piece. In case of intervention on both faces, two connectors will be inserted, one long and one short (the relative lengths must be chosen according to the thickness of the masonry). Make the 12 mm through hole. At the face where the short connector will be inserted and where the two connectors will overlap, enlarge the hole until reaching a total diameter of the hole equal to approximately 22-24 mm. The overlap between the connectors must be at least 11 cm long. After drilling the holes, carefully clean them with compressed air and inject chemical anchor based on Syntech Fix EP epoxy resin. Before inserting the connectors into the holes, always position GFRP Armaglass Grid 33 distribution gussets which will be blocked against the mesh during the grouting phase of the connectors. Proceed with spraying or throwing the mortar, in one or more hands. The mortar will entirely cover the GFRP elements with a total thickness according to the design documents. During the mortar curing phase, protect it from thermal stress and conditions of strong evaporation. It is always advisable to cure the mortar in a humid environment for at least 48-72 hours. Grout 2 HP: Zaprawa reoplastyczna, strukturalna, przeciwskurczowa o bardzo wysokiej odporności

Grout 2 HP: Zaprawa reoplastyczna, strukturalna, przeciwskurczowa o bardzo wysokiej odporności

Grout 2 HP Grout 2 HP is a pourable, fiber-reinforced mortar, used for structural restoration operations, anchoring of steel bars and strands, reinforced micropiles, tie rods, and riveting. The formulation contains very fine high-strength cements, micro-silicas with pozzolanic activity, aggregates in a rational granulometric curve (0.1 ÷ 1.8 mm), and special antisegregative additives. The product is mixed with 11% - 12% of water, requiring vigorous and prolonged mechanical mixing. The special formulation of Grout 2 HP provides the castings with mechanical strength, fracture energy, exceptional durability, and very high chemical-physical resistance. Grout 2 HP has a workability time of about 60-90 minutes, after which the setting process is triggered, followed by progressive hardening. The plastic and hygrometric shrinkage is extremely low thanks to the presence of Readymesh PM-060 multifilament synthetic fibers, which provide volumetric stability. The performances that make Grout 2 HP unique are: • very high compressive mechanical strengths (> 90 MPa at 28 days), • very high mechanical resistance to bending-traction (> 12 MPa after 28 days), • excellent durability and resistance to chemical attacks. Grout 2 HP is used for structural restoration operations, anchoring of steel bars and strands, reinforced micropiles, tie rods, and riveting. It is particularly suitable for operations where high mechanical performance is required after short curing (compressive strength at 3 days > 60 MPa) and in operations carried out in severe exposure environments (XC - XS - XF), characterized by aggression from sulphates, chlorides, and nitrates. The material can also be used for repairs in anchoring areas subject to high stresses. The application surfaces must be clean, free of dirt, crumbly and incoherent parts, dust, etc., and suitably saturated with water until reaching the condition of "saturated with dry surface". Adequate roughening of the surfaces by scarifying, sandblasting, etc. is always necessary to obtain the maximum adhesion values to the substrate. The optimal values are obtained with high pressure hydro-scarification. Bare the irons undergoing disruptive oxidation or deeply oxidized, removing the rust of the exposed irons (by sandblasting or abrasive brushes). It is strongly recommended, for optimal performance of site operations, to use a vertical axis mixer with planetary movement or a double horizontal helicoid. The powder is mixed with drinking water to the extent of 11% - 12%, referring to the total weight of the mortar (about 2.75 liters per 25 kg bag) until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Mixing time: about 4 minutes with a high efficiency mixer. The anchoring can be filled with a single screw pump, for mortars. Pumping must be carried out at a controlled speed to ensure a low working pressure. In case of restorations, the surface must be protected, after application, by polyethylene sheets or anti-evaporation treatments. Packaging: 25 kg bag Unit of Measure: €/kg

Osmocem 447: Zaprawa cementowa odporna na wypłukiwanie, wodoodporna, do szybkich napraw

Osmocem 447 Anti-leaching mortar with plastic consistency, fast-hardening, based on silica fume, high resistance hydraulic binders, polymeric binders and selected siliceous aggregates; free from chlorides, aluminium, metal powders and harsh substances. Osmocem 447 is a rheoplastic, anti-leaching, quick-setting cement mortar for coatings in critical conditions, repairs, waterproofing even in the presence of moderate water runoff, coatings and fast renovation of hydraulic works. It is based on fast hardening hydraulic binders and superpozzolanic reactive fillers. It hardens without problems even if it is immersed in water. Due to the large amount of superpozzolanic reactive agents within the mortar itself, the water does not affect the cement granule at all and thus it does not leach the conglomerate. Thanks to its plastic consistency, Osmocem 447 is suitable for both horizontal and vertical coating applications. Repairs, fast waterproofing even in the presence of moderate water runoff, quick coatings and renovation of hydraulic works, even in the presence of strong humidity and in very cold temperature conditions: raft foundations, walls, tanks, pipes, pondage, etc. To quickly close large gaps in pilings and diaphragms. Repairs and quick coatings of road circuits and airport runways. For the correction of the rapidity of hardening of reinforced fibre mortars of the REPAR family. The application surfaces should be clean, free of incrustations, dust, non-adhering parts, etc. Pour about 2/3 of the mixing water into the mixer, add Osmocem 447 and the remaining water; continue to mix until a homogeneous, lump-free mixture is obtained. The mixture water should be about 15%-16% by weight (4-4.5 litres per bag), adjust the amount of water based on the different application situations that the product is designed for. Apply on site and float with all due care in order to obtain the best compactness of planar recovery or of the coating. Approximately 19 kg/m² of Osmocem 447 for every centimetre of thickness to be implemented (approximately 1900 kg per cubic metre). Packaging: 25 kg bag Unit of Measure: €/kg

Readymesh MF-500: Włókna stalowe strukturalne do podłóg betonowych

Readymesh MF-500 "Carbon steel fibres, obtained by the cutting of metal wire, with improved adhesion profile, for three-dimensional general structural reinforcement of cement-based conglomerates. The addition of Readymesh MF-500 significantly increases the mechanical performance of the structure in terms of toughness, ductility, fatigue, dynamic stress, shock, wear, tensile and shear strength and even post-cracking and damage behaviour." General preparation of fibre-reinforced concrete and structural sprayed concrete (e.g. shotcrete). Particularly suitable for high strength industrial flooring and prefabrication. "Readymesh MF-500 fibres must be added to the concrete during mixing. It is recommended to pour the fibres directly onto the loading belt of the concrete mixer during the loading of the aggregates. Alternatively, it is possible to add them directly into the mixer after loading the concrete. In this case, add the fibres a little at a time so that they are well-distributed in the cement mix and extend the mixing time by at least one minute for every 20 kg of fibres added in order to achieve optimal distribution. Conglomerates with Readymesh MF-500 can be easily transported and used with pumps, joiners, vibratory finishing machines, roadway extruders (e.g. slipform paver), etc.". Variable according to the type of work to be carried out and/or performance to be achieved. Packaging: 20 kg bag Unit of Measure: €/kg

Proseal fix: Kartridż klejowy do hydroekspansywnych krawężników

Proseal fix: Kartridż klejowy do hydroekspansywnych krawężników

Proseal fix Permanently elastic, modified silane-based polymeric adhesive for sealing gaskets, joints and curbs, of both bentonitic (e.g. Clayseal 25.20, Clayseal 25.20 SW) and hydro-expansive rubber (e.g. Sealgum 20.05), for waterproofing cast elements. The adhesive is a substitute for the more traditional nailing of sealants. "Proseal Fix allows concrete casting even only a few hours after curb laying due to rapid adhesion and effectiveness even when the concrete surface is wet. The use of Proseal Fix renders sealing curb nailing completely unnecessary. Proseal Fix guarantees fast and secure fixing and hydraulic seal after casting even when the curb laying surface is not perfectly smooth or flat or the curb is vertical." Realization of rigid (non-expansive) casts and secure, permanent hydraulic sealing connections, for example, between foundation slabs and rising walls in underground structures. "Make sure the curb laying surface is not crumbling, inconsistent, dirty, powdered or contaminated with traces of oils or grease. The laying site may not be perfectly flat as long as the curbing can follow the form of any inhomogeneities to allow perfect adhesion to the support (e.g. no edges, wedges). If the surface features excessive inhomogeneities, correct these with the thixotropic mortar Repar Tix before laying the curb." "Using a common cartridge dosing gun, distribute a suitable amount of product along the portion of curb to be laid. One Proseal Fix cartridge is enough to fix approximately 8 to 10 metres of curb. Optimal adhesion is achieved when the entire contact surface is covered before laying the curb. After applying the adhesive, position the curb on the laying surface and hold in place for a few seconds. Ideally, concrete casting should be performed at least one day after the curb has been laid. In cases of urgency, however, after a few hours (at least 4) the adhesion is sufficient to proceed with the casting." Approximately 0.15 cartridges of Proseal Fix for every linear metre of bentonite or hydro-expansive rubber waterstop to be bonded. Packaging: Cartridge of 290 cc Unit of Measure: €/piece
Beltseal: Uszczelka hydroekspansywna do rur PVC w murze betonowym

Beltseal: Uszczelka hydroekspansywna do rur PVC w murze betonowym

Beltseal Beltseal is a gasket “belt” produced with a special hydro-expansive rubber that reacts upon coming into contact with water that increases its initial volume. Thanks to its geometry, Beltseal is very quickly applied directly to PVC piping without additional processing. It hermetically seals any discontinuities that could easily be found in the concrete due to the presence of PVC conduit pipes. In many cases, such discontinuities could pass from one side of the masonry to the other and thus seriously compromise the waterproofing of the masonry itself. There are three sizes available which are respectively suitable for diameter pipes: 70/90 mm, 110/125 mm and 160/200 mm. The hydroexpansive capacity of Beltseal has been laboratory tested with two different types of water: demineralised and with a highly basic pH (to simulate conditions in contact with concrete). Expansion tests showed a respective change in volume of 300% and 250%. For underground concrete constructions with conduit pipes, where the wall is in direct contact with the ground and where there are no layers of waterproofing outside the masonry itself: basements, cellars, underground garages, below-ground and cellar environments, etcetera. Position the Beltseal hydrofoam gasket centrally in respect of the length of the pipe (using one gasket per pipe). No. 1 Beltseal gasket for each conduit pipe to be sealed. Prerit Solution: Opóźniacz powierzchniowy do mytej kostki betonowej

Prerit Solution: Opóźniacz powierzchniowy do mytej kostki betonowej

Prerit Solution Set retarder in aqueous solution to be applied, using a low pressure airless pump, on fresh concrete surfaces, to allow removal by washing with water, a cortical layer a few millimetres thick, and then expose the aggregate forming the concrete. Specific for the realisation of floors with landscape/environmental value with the "washed gravel" technique. Surface gripping deactivator, in aqueous solution, to be diluted; based on polysaccharides, specific catalysers and antifoaming agents, allows for inhibiting the cement hydration reaction and slowing down the speed in gripping, only for a surface layer a few millimetres thick, without altering in any way the performance characteristics of the concrete flooring. Construction of concrete floors with a high aesthetic value with the technique of the "washed gravel" (extrados with "exposed" aggregates). Apply on site and float, with the usual methods, a packaged concrete on the basis of design and regulatory requirements. PRERIT must be used in pure form (without dilution). With the concrete still in "fresh" condition, apply by spraying the set retarder, in the amount determined in the preliminary tests, depending on the "washing" depth desired. Usually, for an inhibition depth up to 2-3 mm, the dose of the product is equal to about 100-150 g/m². Indicatively, after a time between 2 and 24 hours, remove the delayed superficial cement paste, with pressure wash from 120 to 200 bar, displaying the surface gravel. The washing times and pressures depend on the climatic conditions in which the work is being carried out, the mix design of the concrete and other variables. Do preliminary tests to better calibrate these important parameters. From 0.10 to 0.15 kg of Prerit Solution for every square metre of surface to be deactivated. Packaging: 5 kg can UM: €/kg
Protech Balcony WV: Przezroczysta wodna niefilmowa wodoszczelność dla tarasów i balkonów

Protech Balcony WV: Przezroczysta wodna niefilmowa wodoszczelność dla tarasów i balkonów

Protech Balcony WV A solution based on special silane and siloxane resins in aqueous dispersion, being highly penetrating and transparent (colourless) for quickly, effectively and economically waterproof balconies, tiled terraces, concrete roofing, external stairs, and so on, without removing or impacting upon on the existing flooring. It does not change the appearance of the substrate on which it is applied nor alter its original degree of lubricity or breathability to water vapour. Application is swift, without requiring specialised labour or professional equipment. The treated flooring will be usable only 2 hours after application. Applying Protech Balcony WV is quick and easy – simply use a brush on clean and dry surfaces to resolve any seepage problems. The active substance penetrates quickly and deeply into the grouting, any cracks and porous points of the substrate. Upon contact with air, it causes a polymerisation reaction that perfectly and deeply seals and waterproofs every imperfection it encounters. The specific reactive polymerised siloxane molecule is stable over time and does not labilise. In accordance with the data sheet, the effectiveness of the product applied is normally more than 10 years on surfaces not subject to dynamic movements or structural and/or seismic damage. Should any new gaps or cracks appear after the first application of Protech Balcony WV, they can be easily resolved with a second application of the product. Given its intrinsically non-film nature, the product does not suffer damage, tear, crack, detach, deteriorate nor will it yellow over time due to the effects of UV rays (as naturally happens with epoxy and/or polyurethane treatments). The grouting treated with Protech Balcony WV is protected from mould, moss, lichen and other biodeterioration organisms. Rapid waterproofing of balconies, terraces, stairs, tiled surfaces, concrete and natural stone products, without having to demolish the existing flooring. It can also be used on vertical surfaces particularly exposed to weather and atmospheric conditions (tiles, plaster, exposed brick, etc.). The surfaces on which it is applied must be clean, free of stains, loose and crumbly parts, dust, and so on. If there are any joints between the tiles, they must be properly treated with a suitable acidic or alkaline detergent. To this end, we recommend the specific acid detergent Deterg-A, diluted with water at a ratio of 1:4. Rinse off the treated surfaces with running water. Any fragile and crumbly joints that have been removed, must be restored with cementitious putty offering high adhesion and deformability. To this end, we recommend using the specific waterproof and deformable two-component putty Stucco Balcony. Allow for the necessary time to pass (1–2 days) to allow the grouting to dry before applying Protech Balcony WV. The expansion joints that may be present, including those relative to the line connecting the tiled paving and the outer edge beam (normally made of granite or natural stone), will normally have to be sealed with high-elasticity polymeric materials. To this end, we recommend sealing with Protech Flex, supported by the installation of Filtene Fondogiunto and the particular polyurethane Protech Flex Primer. Pour small amounts of the product at a time then spread evenly across the entire surface with a rubberised brush or rubber blade until the substrate is complete impregnated with the waterproofing. Using a long bristle brush or sponge, apply Protech Balcony WV with particular care in the less accessible and most challenging areas (edges, skirting boards, corners, thresholds, hatches, fireplaces, drains, etc.). Allow the product to penetrate for at least 60 minutes. Remove excess product from all treated surfaces using a cloth wet with water. The average product consumption is around 0.15 kilograms/square metre of surface to be waterproofed, varying depending on the absorption of the substrate and the size of any joints. Normally, 1 kilogram of Protech Balcony WV is enough to treat surfaces from 5 to 10 square metres. Approximately 0.15 kilograms of Protech Balcony WV per square metre of surface to be treated – consumption may vary depending on the porosity of the substrate. Packaging: 2-liter can UM: €/l

The formulation contains ultra-fine, highly resistant cements, microsilicas with pozzolanic activity, aggregates in a rational granulometric curve (0.1÷5.0 mm), special additives and Readymesh MM-150 carbon steel fibers. The particular morphology of this fiber gives the applied product an exceptional reduction in hygrometric shrinkage, the dissipation of efforts in the case of heavy stresses and high compressive and flex-tensile strengths. The product is mixed with very low water/binder ratios (<0.32). The special formulation of Floor Q SFR allows a fluid plastic rheology without bleeding and segregation, giving the repairs carried out: mechanical resistance, fracture energy, exceptional durability and very high chemical-physical resistance. Floor Q SFR has a workability time of approximately 120 minutes, after which the setting process is triggered followed by progressive hardening. The hygrometric shrinkage is extremely low, guaranteeing volumetric stability to the restoration carried out. The performances that make Floor Q SFR unique are: • resistance to dynamic stress, • fatigue resistance, fracture energy, toughness and resistance to post-rupture load, • very high compressive strength (> 95 MPa after 28 days), • very high mechanical flexural strength (> 14 MPa after 28 days), • excellent durability and resistance to chemical attacks. Minimum recommended thickness: 25 mm (flooring) 50 mm (formwork casting). Floor Q SFR is used in structural reinforcement and in the repair of deteriorated floors with overlays characterized by high performance in terms of deformation capacity and anti-cracking resistance. The main fields of application are: • repair of deteriorated industrial floors with reconstruction of the thickness of the concrete removed by milling (classic application thicknesses from 25 to 50 mm), set on for foot traffic after about 12-20 hours after casting and suitable for traffic after 36-48 hours depending on the ambient temperature 'deed of application; • repair of industrial floor joints; • reinforcement of floors with the low thickness extradossal capping technique (minimum thickness 25 mm); • installation and fixing of manhole covers; • any kind of repair and structural restoration carried out with castings in formwork such as, for example, the cladding of pillars and beams; in this case the maximum recommended thickness can reach up to 60-100 mm (for higher thicknesses we recommend the addition of Ghiaietto 6.10 with addition percentages that can vary from 20 to 40%; in these cases ask our technical service for advice on the correct addition percentages); • regularization of radiant floor substrates with fillers starting from 25 mm. The substrate must be prepared by mechanical scarification or hydroscarification for a depth of no less than 5 mm. Scarifying the substrate is an absolutely necessary operation to ensure good adherence of the applied coating. In the case of substrates that are not rough enough, insert connectors or prime the surface with epoxy resins for construction joints such as Syntech RGS or Syntech Pavisheer. In the case of localized patches or repairs, cut the contours at right angles with an angle grinder. The support must not have traces of oils, greases, detergents, protective coatings in general or other substances that could compromise the adhesion of the grout to the support. The support must be healthy, clean, rough, without loose parts or dust (suction under strong depression with suitable equipment for all dust and debris) with tensile strength > 1 N/mm2. Wash the surface with pressurized water and saturate the substrate with water before applying, eliminating any excess water on the surface before applying the grout. Approximately 21 kilograms/square metre of Floor Q SFR per centimetre of thickness to be achieved (approximately 2100 kilograms per cubic metre). Packaging: 25 kg bag Unit of Measure: €/kg

The addition of Readymesh PW-120 to the mixture allows for preventing the phenomenon of cracking from plastic shrinkage of the concrete, as well as having positive effects as regards the ductility of the mixture, the resistance to freezing/thawing, the shock resistance and overall watertightness. Subbase screeds(even with radiant systems), small thickness small prefabrication casts, concrete floors, ballasts in cement mix and concrete structures in general, even in combination with traditional metal reinforcement. Add the fibres to the concrete during mixing, after you have added the aggregates provided to the mixer. Adding the fibres before adding the aggregates may cause incorrect dispersal of fibres in the matrix. The dosage, depending on use, is normally between 0.6 and 1.2 kg per cubic metre of concrete. In the case of subbase screeds in sand/cement, the recommended dosage is about 750 g per cubic metre. Variable according to the type of work to be carried out (screeds, plasters, mortars), on average from 0.6 to 1.5 kg per cubic metre of cement or hydraulic lime based conglomerate. Readymesh PM: Włókno wielowłóknowe do tynku na bazie wapna, cementu lub mieszanki

Readymesh PM: Włókno wielowłóknowe do tynku na bazie wapna, cementu lub mieszanki

Readymesh PM Readymesh PM is an auxiliary, multi-filament polypropylene micro-fibre suitable for addition to cement conglomerates with a lime or mixed base. The addition of Readymesh PM to the mix counters the cracking phenomenon due to plastic shrinkage of the plaster, mortar, screed or concrete, as well as having positive effects on the durability of the mix, resistance to frost/defrosting and resistance to knocks and overall impermeability. Readymesh PM have the CE marking and are available in three different lengths: Readymesh PM-060 = 6 mm; Readymesh PM-120 = 12 mm; Readymesh PM-180 = 18 mm. Readymesh PM is an auxiliary fibre used in a multitude of application fields, where three-dimensional reinforcement and diffusion of the cement conglomerate and/or lime base is required. It is a particularly indicated fibre for addition to small manufactured works or for plaster, even in small thickness and with reduced granulometry inerts. Add the fibres to the conglomerate during mixing. Mix, with the drum of the cement mixer at full speed, for at least 5-6 minutes. The dosage, based on use, is normally between 600 g/m³ and 1.5 kg/m³. On average, 250 g of fibres per 200 litre building site cement mixer. The addition of fibres could slightly modify the rheology of the cement mix. Variable according to the type of work to be carried out (screeds, plasters, mortars), on average from 0.6 to 1.5 kg per cubic metre of cement or hydraulic lime based conglomerate. Flexseal 300 A hydro-expansive polyurethane sealant in a thixotropic paste, pre-packaged in an extrudable cartridge with standard dosing guns, to be utilised as a waterstop in the most complex or problematic situations in waterproofing below-ground areas. Its elastic and sealing properties remain unchanged over time. In a completely dry state, Flexseal 300 shrinks to its original size and then expands again upon contact with water. Formation of airtight seals at connections, holes, cavities, cracking, formwork blades etc.; execution of seals in the connection between pipes and masonry; Material to assist in laying both traditional and hydro-expansive waterstop profiles. The application surfaces should be clean, free of incrustations, crumbling and non-adhering parts, dust etc. Cut the tip of the cartridge with a cutter so as to allow the extrusion of a sealant kerb of at least 8 mm in diameter (to ensure that the sealing is both efficient and hydro-expansive). Flexseal 300 must be placed laid in properly confined sections and covered with at least 6 cm of structural, shrink-resistant mortar Grout 6 (castable) or Repar Tix (thixotropic). From 0.15 to 0.30 cartridges of Flexseal 300 for each linear metre to be sealed, depending on the geometry of the cavity. Packaging: Cartridge of 300 cc Unit of Measure: €/piece
Floor Level SFR: Włóknowo-wzmocniony samopoziomujący się zaprawa do szlifowania płaskich podłoży

Floor Level SFR: Włóknowo-wzmocniony samopoziomujący się zaprawa do szlifowania płaskich podłoży

Floor Level SFR Floor Level SFR is a self-levelling modified-polymer cement mortar having fibre-reinforcement with Readymesh MR-060, offering accelerated grip and fast hardening. Applied prior to laying the flooring, it is perfect for levelling at thicknesses ranging from 3 mm to 25 mm so as to adapt to any type of covering. The perfect pourability, fluidity and self-levelling properties of the mortar facilitate the coating operations, to quickly attain perfect planarity. By casting the product on the substrate and helping to spread the self-levelling product with a putty knife, the resulting surface is perfectly smooth thanks to the fine granulometry of the silica aggregate (with a maximum size of 0.5 mm). Floor Level SFR is additivated with shrinkage reducers-compensators and fibre-reinforced with the special steel microfibres of Readymesh MR-060 that confer the important levelling resistance to flexotraction, ductility and fracture energy and is designed for particularly stressed areas of application. As an additive, Floor Level SFR has a special high-flexibility powder adhesive that ensures the product bonds to various media without affecting the self-levelling characteristics and breathability to water vapour. The swift development of mechanical resistors ensures the immediate progression of construction operations and walkability just a few hours after application (approximately 4-5 hours at 20° C). Fast drying means the floor coverings and finishing operations can be applied sooner – always checking the moisture content of the hardened mortar with a calcium carbide hygrometer or electrical hygrometer and bearing in mind that the latter provides merely indicative values that should be calibrated on the product in advance. Floor Level SFR can be used to shave uneven substrates to be levelled then subsequently covered with various types of flooring (ceramic tiles, marble, wood, plastic material, and so on), especially in cases where speed of execution is required and the finished flooring needs high resistance to static loads and to dynamic stresses on the finished floor. Some substrate examples include: • concrete slabs and cement screeds; • heated floors; • existing concrete flooring, terrazzo tiles, natural stones, magnesite. • existing ceramic flooring with the substrates subject to priming with two-component Syntech RGS resin (consumption approximately 1.2 kilograms/m2) and casting of Floor Level SFR on wet resin. The surfaces on which the product is to be applied must be cleaned of dust, free from contamination, paints, loose and crumbly parts, and so on. Adopt effective mechanical measures to remove residues that could impact upon product adhesion. On media with standard absorption, slightly wet the substrate with water to clean the surface and favour the bonding of Floor Level SFR. If the substrate is particularly absorbent, weak and crumbly or whereby it is not possible to slightly wet, prime the surfaces with the special aqueous resin dispersion Bond Plus, preferably spreading the product with a rigid-bristle brush to promote penetration into the base. In all cases where surfaces are primed with Bond Plus, the application of Floor Level SFR must take place “wet-on-wet” immediately after the first priming — with a consumption of Bond Plus at about 200 grams/square metres. On non-absorbent, vitrified, ceramised bases – such as ceramic or klinker tiles – prime surfaces with the bicomponent Syntech RGS resin (with a consumption of 1.2 kilograms/m2) and apply Floor Level SFR onto the resin whilst still fresh. Floor Level SFR is pumpable but, since the product has accelerated grip, the casting must be continuous and without interruption (with the pump to be entirely emptied before any stoppage to the pumping lasting more than 10 minutes). Mix with a triple-helix paddle with a high rotational count or with a vertical axis mixer. Put 2/3 of the total water for the mixture into the mixer, gradually adding the product and the remaining water, stirring for about 2–3 minutes until obtaining a homogeneous mixture with castable consistency. The mixture must contain from 18% to 20% water by weight (from 4.5 litres to 5.0 litres per 25-kilogram bag). Strain the mixture thus obtained onto the substrate and spread with a rubber blade, standard metal putty knife or toothed trowel (angled to obtain the desired thickness). Thanks to its perfect self-levelling characteristics, Floor Level SFR immediately fills the grooves left by the toothed trowel and eliminates small imperfections caused by its passage (trowel markings). Finish the adjustment and smoothing operations within 20 minutes. The product has accelerated grip and hardening, meaning there should be no pause between mixing and application. The product cures in around 45 minutes and is walkable after a few hours. Packaging: 25 kg bag Unit: €/kg
